COURSE ABSTRACT:

Organizations and teams adopting Agile attempt to run (“sprint”) before they can walk properly. This often leads to quick burn-out and unsustainable agile implementation. Managers and Leads then wonder if their teams really know what is needed to be successful in their Agile implementation.

This course provides the information and the practices which teams need to build a good Agile foundation. The objective of this course is to provide the foundation understanding of Agile, and the practices required to have a correct Agile implementation. The workshop provides them with an opportunity to understand and practice agile in the right way that will help them achieve the success in customer value delivery and adapting to fast-changing environment, and transform them to high-performing and self-organized teams.

TRAINING DELIVERY FORMAT:
