Hence business analysis has become a competency of critical importance to project management, and the overall success of projects.
With the PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® certification, the Project Management Institute (PMI)® has formalized the importance of BA (business analysis) work in the project management world. The PMI-PBA® certification program is progressive elaboration based on years of market research by the PMI.
