Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I)
A Product Owner’s accountability is not just writing requirement specification (user stories) or managing a Product Backlog. Product Owners need to have a concrete understanding of all product management aspects, including but not limited to product ownership, that drives value from their products. Being a professional Product Owner is about minimizing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the product, thereby maximising the value to the development organisation, the sponsors and the users of the product. Professional Scrum Product Owners demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of Scrum, the Product Owner accountability and their ability to apply that knowledge in real-world situations.
Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO-I) is a 2-day intensive course that focuses on all of these areas to teach students how to maximize the value of products and systems. Through theory, case studies and hands-on group activities, the participants will learn (and also validate) their understanding of being a professional Product Owner and the importance of empiricism in product development.
Vineet is excellent Agile trainer and mentor. I attended his SAFe Agilist and Agile coaching training. He also provided me support to pass PMI ACP exam. He is a thorough trainer and he knows the concepts in depth. He can explain any complex situation with his hands on knowledge or case studies. It wont be exaggeration if I say ,I could successfully complete my agile journey only because of his support.
I have had the chance to attend Vineet's Agile coaching session in preparation for the ACP exam. The 2 days of training session opened up a world of Agile I never knew existed. He has excellent clarity of thought and his style of coaching makes understanding Agile so much easy. The knowledge imparted during the training session helped to understand the fundamentals of "being agile" as against "doing agile". Even post the training session, Vineet is always available to provide guidance. For those who plan to learn Agile, Vineet is your man :)
